The original list of 2,500 startups, which were founded between 2011 and 2018 and had at least 50 employees, was narrowed down to 500 based on the following three criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Employer reputation<\/strong>, which was judged based on articles, blogs and social media posts involving corporate culture, diversity and employee engagement.<\/li><li><strong>Employee satisfaction<\/strong>, which was judged based on online reviews<\/li><li><strong>Growth<\/strong>, which was evaluated on website traffic and head counts over two years.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Startups are known to have exciting and promising perks to draw in their employees, something DailyPay prides itself on. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.builtinnyc.com\/company\/dailypay-inc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Some of DailyPay\u2019s perks include<\/a> a learning and development stipend, unlimited PTO, 401(k) plan with match and a lunch stipend.
