This award is based on the quality of a company\u2019s culture, which we take very seriously at DailyPay. Our MSP office was selected from over 300 local nominations for this year\u2019s award. This is the 23rd annual award, making it the Twin Cities\u2019 longest-running awards program for outstanding workplaces.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The research and scoring for this award was completed by Quantum Workplace and the Business Journal. It was designed to honor \u201csuperior organizations where voices are heard, cultures are thriving, and employees are engaged.\u201d Compensation, quality of benefits packages, employee engagement and trust in senior leadership were all taken into consideration when evaluating the nominees. We\u2019re thrilled to announce that DailyPay was a top-scoring business in the medium-size company category for those criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve worked diligently to build a presence in Minneapolis equal to the one we have in New York City, and this award affirms that those efforts are working.
