It\u2019s a prestigious honor to be recognized alongside ZocDoc, Monday.com and Klarna as a company that ensures its employees consistently have the experiences they deserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To determine the companies that would be recognized, FORTUNE worked with Great Places to Work\u00ae and analyzed survey data submitted by approximately 45,000 employees. The survey questions focused on the quality of the employee experience in each workplace, especially in terms of trust and the openness for employees to bring their full selves to work. Company values, innovation and strength of leadership were also taken into consideration.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At DailyPay, we strive to meet the ever-evolving needs of our employees, our employer partners and our end users. We would like to thank the members of our team who completed this survey for sharing their honest feedback and experiences. Their dedication and commitment to DailyPay over the course of the pandemic was nothing short of inspirational.
