Ken Brause, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), has transitioned to an advisory role as of October 17, 2025. <\/p>\n

Ken joined DailyPay as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in October 2023 and made significant improvements to the finance function in support of continued growth and scale as well as enhanced the company’s profile among investors and other stakeholders. <\/p>\n

Ken smoothly facilitated the transition of his CFO duties to Deepa Subramanian in February 2025 when he assumed the role of CAO and continued to advance the strategic sourcing function, our corporate real estate posture and build a SOX-compliant internal control framework and infrastructure.  <\/p>\n
